master room in large house close to Pioneer, NTU, amenities; 250$/week; short/medium term in Yunnan Walk 3, West Singapore for sale

The room is a master bed room with a king size bed, quiet AC, en-suite bathroom and shower, and a small desk in the room. In addition there is a large working space with desk and whiteboard on the landing in front of the room (which is not used by anyone else).
The house is shared with four other friendly, young housemates (two researchers at NTU (postdocs) and two professionals). It has everything you need: Kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, etc.; laundry machine and drier; quiet little front and back gardens; large living & dining room. No smoking in the house (but outside is fine of course).
The neighbourhood is quiet and residential but all amenities are within short walking distance:
- shops, two hawker centres, a supermarket, a fruit and vegetable market: 5 mins
- NTU campus: 10 mins
- public pool and gym: 5 mins
- Pioneer MRT: 10 mins
The room is available 17 September until 5 November or parts thereof for $250 per week (utilities & internet included). An earlier move-in date should also be possible (my housemate is out of town this week, you'd have to change rooms on the 17th). In addition, there is a (fairly high) possibility that another room in the house will free up for the long term at some point in October.
This is particularly well suited for someone who is visiting NTU or moving to the area.
